This room features a queen size bed with an antique fireplace mantle as a headboard. A rocking chair by the window provides an excellent spot to read your favorite book. Ceiling fan and air conditioning.  Private bath just outside the room. Robes are provided for your convenience.


Room rates include a full breakfast.
Rates are subject to MA room tax.

RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS:
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit (minimum deposit - one night rental). Deposits are totally refundable (less a $20.00 transaction handling fee) provided we receive your cancellation 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Additional charge of $25 for third person in room.
A two night minimum policy applies on certain weekends.
