RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit (minimum deposit - one night rental). Deposits are totally refundable (less a $20.00 transaction handling fee) provided we receive your cancellation 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Additional charge of $25 for third person in room. A two night minimum policy applies on certain weekends.
